Jong'ô Païs, JOP est une convention de jonglerie en Ardèche !! et
Paola Berton viens d’Italie nous donner 2 ateliers Hula hoop enseigné en Anglais!:

1)Folders and escalator transitions -
In this workshop Paola will teach some way to fold the hoop on the body, how to get to escalator starting position and how to revers it. She will teach tricks that can be all connected together and in both side of the body.
Suitable for all levels.

2)Transition with legs -
Different nice transitions from leg hooping. How to take off one leg and get to an other trick. People need to be able to hoop on legs to attend this workshop.
